For my English 101 class, I worked on two different movie projects. One was an original production I created called Freshman Fifteen: Students vs. Food about the struggle students face balancing their diets when they head off to college for the first time. The film depicts this real weight epidemic in a comedic storyline that all college students can relate to.
The second movie project that I worked on was my classmate Charlie's film, Just Say Something. The film is about a shy girl who gains courage and self-confidence by working on a group project for health class. At some point, almost all students feel unsure of themselves, their ideas, their work, and the fear of being judged which makes this film very relatable. While working on this project, I kept a blog to track the progress of this movie.
